Can turned up on time but then proceeded to drive into a field and get stuck in the mud. We spent about 20 minutes trying to get him out getting mud on our clothes and shoes and despite enlisting the help of friends could not extricate the vehicle. I then had to call the office to get replacement rides (2 cabs as there five of us). We also had to clean our shoes and change clothes. We were also going to get to the airport a lot later than planned so I had to quickly purchase fast track to ensure we made our flight. Obviously the driver did not mean to get stuck but I have no idea why you would use a field to turn your vehicle around when there were two driveways on the opposite side of the single track road. Luckily we made the flight but not sure we would without the additional cost of purchasing fast track

Absolutely brilliant taxi service. The driver really saved the day for my husband and me when we were stuck in a nightmare situation (the car park where we’d left our vehicle was supposed to pick us up, but they completely ghosted our calls and texts).
Despite the torrential rain, he took us to our destination for a very fair price—half the cost of what Uber or Bolt were quoting. This lovely man drove us right up to our car in that shambles of a car park and wouldn't leave until he was sure we’d got the engine started.
I wholeheartedly recommend this service to everyone. Truly top-notch!

We found ourselves through no fault of our own, stranded at Stansted airport at 3 am. Thank you Street Cars for your very fast action, getting us with all our luggage and a wheelchair home in a very comfortable roomy car. Very polite and kind driver! We definately recommend them!

Really efficient service. Booked from Dublin Sunday morning, they tracked my flight which was delayed and their desk is right in front of you as you come through customs. Just paid at the desk, driver was waiting there and car outside. Imán was lovely, car was immaculate and he even waited at my Just Park spot to make sure I got away ok as it was late and dark. Highly recommend, thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the taxi service I used from London Stansted Airport with your company.

The driver did not drop me off at the address I had clearly indicated. Instead, he stopped somewhere else, was rude, and seemed in a hurry to leave. As a result, I had to walk and ask people for directions before I finally reached my destination.

I paid £20 in cash directly at your agency at the airport, and I have also booked my return taxi with your company for 1st November.

I am very disappointed with the service I received and I kindly ask you to look into this matter seriously. I would appreciate an explanation and assurance that this will not happen again.
